How do I contact Dolly Support?

Information can be found on our contact us page or through the Helper app.

How can I add a new vehicle or edit details about an existing vehicle?

To add or edit a vehicle in the Helper app, find Vehicle Settings in the More tab or menu

Tap Save to finish. 

Vehicle information will be sent to Dolly Support for approval. Once approved, you will be notified and can start completing Dollys.

Can a Helper or Hand change markets?

Location information, such as zip code, must be entered in the Helper app.

Contact Support including details of which market you would like to be part of so that we can update the information. 

I am currently a Hand. How can I become a Helper?

If your current role is a Hand, do not submit another signup form. The account needs to be transitioned to become a Helper account. Contact Support to request to become a Helper. 

As a reminder, Hands transitioning to become a Helper require:

  • A valid, unexpired U.S. driver's license
  • A vehicle that meets minimum requirements: pickup truck, cargo van, or box truck. Rentals will not be approved for use.
  • Proof of insurance for the vehicle you own

As a Helper or Hand, can I exclude other Helpers and Hands from being paired to work with me in the future?

Our Support team can accommodate this request. Contact Support with details of the request and the name of the Helper or Hand. After exclusion, the change will take effect however if you are still paired, do not accept any requests as such.
