Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Certificate of Insurance

  • Dolly has the appropriate business insurance for incidents caused during the Dolly
  • Customers/facilities may request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to a move
  • This insurance is meant for major incidents that may occur and should not be confused with damage protection
  • Dolly does not provide workers compensation insurance due to our Helpers on the platform being contracted employees and not W2 employees
    • If a building requires workers compensation for delivery, Dolly can still complete delivery, however the order will need to be delivered to the first door of the building as the Helper will not be able to enter the building without workers compensation
    •

COI Criteria

  • Certificate holder name - This is usually a business entity like the building owner, condominium association, property manager, leader, etc. This is the building where Dolly is making the delivery.
  • Certificate holder mailing address
  • Customer name
  • Customer unit Number
  • Delivery date
  • List of additional insureds - this is usually a business entity of the building owner, Condominium association, property manager, lender, etc.
  • List of any insurance requirements from the property manager or building - the building where Dolly is delivering to

** Please note that Dolly/Taskrabbit can only sign an insurance coverage verification form (COI), we are unable to provide signatures or approve Harmless or indemnity agreements

  • Harmless or indemnity agreements will need to be signed by the Helper teams.
