Complete questionnaire with information about Unit/Apartment number, number of stair flights, access to elevator, hardwood flooring, and parking/building information.

- This steps is extremely important in ensuring the driver is aware of the full scope of the job.

- Select the items in the delivery from the pre-populated “popular items” list.
- If you don’t see an item under popular items, you can search for it.
Tip: When possible, choose items from popular item when possible. This will ensure the best customer experience.

Add pictures of each of the items in the delivery.

- This step is particularly important if the item was NOT selected from the “popular items” list.

Add all items before moving to the next step of the process.

- This ensures the right vehicle type is selected and it sets the right helper expectations.

- The time selected reflects the pick-up time from the store.

Drop off time will be determined by the Helpers depending on various factors such as traffic, parking, etc.

- Customers can chat directly with your Helpers and track their locations to prepare for the delivery.

The number of helpers and vehicle type is pre-determined based on the data in our system.

- Always continue the delivery with the default option unless absolutely necessary.

- If a vehicle upgrade is absolutely necessary, please provide an additional 48 hours of lead time for upgraded vehicles, especially for Box Trucks.
Tip: Refer to vehicle guidelines for guidelines on when to request a vehicle upgrade.
- Select the preferred payment method and select “Continue” to complete the booking.
