- Login using your store’s credentials
- To begin booking a new delivery, click on the + icon on the top left corner of the page
- Proceed by completing the customer information section
- Add the store address and the drop-off location. Tip: If the customer is returning something back to the store, you can add a 3rd location for the store drop-off.
- Click “+ Add Item” to begin

Select the first item from the list of popular items.
Tip: Use pre-vetted popular items when possible instead of manual search. These items are configured with correct Helper requirements and delivery specifications to ensure the best customer experience.
- Select the number of items

If an item requires assembly, check the box under the item.
Tip: You must select assembly for every item that requires assembly. This ensures the helpers are prepared for the amount of work and the time required to complete the job.
- If an item’s dimensions are larger than usual, you can manually add the dimensions.
- You can upload a photo of an item in this stage of the process. Tip: If you’re concerned about an item fitting in a specific vehicle type, please upload an image to ensure the Helper is aware of the dimensions of the item.
- If a delivery includes more than one item, select “+ Add Item”
- Continue with the previous steps until all items have been added. Tip: Add additional services such as haul-away as a separate item.
- Add the Order ID number associated with the delivery. This section refers to the customer's Order number.

Select time and date for the delivery.
Tip: The time selected here reflects the order pick up time from the store and NOT the drop off time at the customer’s location.

Select payment type based on your store's capabilities in Lighthouse
- The customer will pay and schedule - used when you are inputting the booking details on behalf of the customer and would like to pass the booking on to the customer for payment and scheduling
- You pay, the customer will schedule - used when you are booking and paying for the Dolly on behalf of the customer but would like to pass the booking on to the customer for scheduling
- You pay and schedule - used when you are booking and paying for the Dolly on behalf of the customer. You also know the preferred date and time that the customer would like to receive their item(s).
