Select from Popular Items

When booking a delivery, only select from the popular items list to ensure the correct number of Helpers are assigned to the order. Please refrain from creating new items when possible.

 

Add Photos for Large Items

If an item is not part of the popular items list, add a photo and dimensions to ensure the driver is fully aware of the scope of the delivery.

 

Same Day Delivery 

The 4 + 4 Rule: Select a 4-hour window, 4 hours from now and book the delivery during this window. For example: If it’s 10 am right now, your 4-hour window is from 2 pm to 6 pm. Book the delivery for the next day if:

→ The 4-hour window conflicts with your store hours

→ The delivery address exceeds 30 miles from the store

 

Haul Away Services

When booking haul away services, add the service by selecting it from the popular items list when booking the delivery. If the haul away is not added properly, the driver cannot receive payment for it. 

 

Vehicle Upgrades

Vehicle upgrades to cargo van or box truck must be requested via email to Dolly Support using your dedicated email. Requests placed in the comments section cannot be processed for vehicle upgrades.

 

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Dolly’s Certificate of Insurance can be found here. If the customer requires a modification to this informational COI, please direct them here to submit a request.
