Editing or Rescheduling Your Dolly
You can edit the details of your Dolly to make changes or include additional information. You can change everything including:
- Change Date and Time
- Add or Subtract Items
- Add Item Information
- Add Photos + Receipts for Store Delivery
- Change Vehicle Type
- Change Helper Count
- Change Payment Method
If your Dolly is already scheduled, Dolly will alert your existing Helpers to the changes. If they are unavailable, or unable to complete the new scope of work, we will work on finding new Helpers for you right away.
How to Edit or Reschedule Your Dolly
- Open the Dolly app, or log in to book.dolly.com.
- Find the Dolly you want to edit on the My Dollys list. Click Edit Dolly.
- You will walk through the create / booking flow again. Wherever you want to make changes, just make the appropriate changes on that page before clicking Save & Continue.
- Continue clicking Save & Continue until you reach the final review page. Here, you can review any changes, and if you're satisfied with the details, click Update Dolly. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged a second time, it is simply reconfirming your payment method.
- Your Dolly will be updated, and any currently assigned Helpers will be alerted to your changes.
